My name is Paola Echeverría Rivera; I am 32 and from Guatemala. I live in a small town called El Tejar Chimaltenango. I have worked as a Social Worker and Director Assistant for over ten years in several ministries. I’m very passionate about my work. Four years ago, I married a wonderful man named Jorge Rivera. We both enjoy traveling and thank God for allowing us to visit other continents. We do not have any children yet. We trust in God’s perfect timing that He will give us the privilege of being adoptive or biological parents. We have two dogs, one named Alfita and the other Mozito; they’re the ones who wait for me every day after work. My husband and I attend Emanuel church here in Guatemala. I grew up in anEvangelical Christian family. My favorite part of the day is when I go alone in the morning, driving my car, praying, and at the end of my prayer, I always repeat Luke 18:27, “What is impossible with man, is possible with God.” I dream of having a big family that can serve God and our community. I have many friends I like to be there for whenever they need it. My heart is divided into many parts; I am a wife, director of a beautiful children’s home, daughter, sister, and friend.
